The project involved a full strip-out back to the existing shell with full redesign of the open plan floor space to create workspace class rooms, large lecture areas, staff facilities, a large open plan cafeteria and relaxed study space as well as a full refurbishment of the existing core areas, including lifts, toilets and stairs.

We also created new lockers, changing areas and shower facilities in the basement area, along with onsite car parking spaces.

Full Grade A office facilities and a complete new Mechanical and electrical installation was undertaken, to bring this dated office facility up to date.

The building now houses 400+ students and 25+ staff members.
