Full Architectural Service for Design & Build Contractor to provide 1No. speculative industrial units to continue the overall development of Towngate Link for Towngate PLC.
Towngate Link 3 represents the second of three phases in the overall development of Towngate Link and completed in March 2020.
Following on from the successful and popular Phase 1 of Towngate Link that preceded this one, the intention of ‘TL3’ (Phase 2) was to build on the success of TL1 and TL2 of the first phase with strong consideration being given to specification of high quality materials and products. As with TL1 & TL2, TL3 attracted interest early on in the construction period and a long term let was agreed before completion, with associated fit out works becoming part of the ongoing build.

TL3 consists of a large 50,660 ft² warehouse plus 8,370 ft² offices over 3 floors. This unit clears 12m to the underside of haunch and consists of associated amenities, 3 dock doors and 4 level access doors and a large yard canopy with ample service yard space.
This site of 2.7 acres represents Phase 2 of the overall masterplan of 3 phases (10.3 acres).
