Pool Business Park, Pool in Wharfedale

KPP Architects started working on the redevelopment of Pool Business Park in 2009 to create 55,000 sq ft of commercial space and Grade A office space with break out areas.  This was completed in 2016.

The historic buildings at Pool Business Park were established as a paper mill in the late 19th Century.

In 2008 Post Vintage Engineers embarked on the next chapter in the development of the building, obtaining a mixed use, employment led, planning consent to demolish some of the road side buildings and redevelop the remainder.

The emphasis was on creating unique, high quality business space within the Green Belt, securing long-term future for the historic buildings.

The result of years of hard work is a part Category A/B office development in a beautiful riverside location in a historic building redeveloped to retain much of the character, whilst delivering a modern business environment.
