We were responsible for the Full Architectural and Project Management Services for masterplanning of a business park development of multiple industrial developments, including the re-design of external circulation/pedestrian spaces and development of services infrastructure.

The original site was a run down, mostly unused old mill complex with the majority of buildings in disrepair and in need of some work to maintain any future.

Our scope of works included full architectural and project management services for masterplanning and re-shaping the site into a lively, modern business park with mixed uses of offices and industrial units while ensuring the constant use of the site is unhindered. This included the demolition of large areas of damaged buildings, re-designing the external circulation for both pedestrians and vehicles to separate the uses and a total overhaul of the services infrastructure of the business park.

Programme work:

Phase I, II, Extension to Dye House and the renovation of Park Valley House have been completed and Phase III is currently in development.

Phase IV and renovation of the Grade II Listed office building are programmed to begin in 2016.
