Emphasis was put on creating a bright open office space over the two floors, with added benefit of existing curtain walling.

The interior was to be clean and minimal, with a nod to Engineering using accents of steel, timber, and concrete throughout.

A modern furniture package introduced personality and functionality. Along with the subtle use of company colours in the branding, the space took on the Howards Civil Engineering identity.
