Completion of three speculative Industrial Units by Wilton Developments. This 70,000+ development is an important part of Leeds Aire Valley Enterprise zone. These units are of a very high specification including office standards setting the barre in Leeds.

Units 2 & 3 external envelope complete with doors and windows installed. Internal office constructed and slab is poured. All internal walls erected, finishes in progress, WC’s are tiled and internal walls painted.
Unit 1 internal slab is poured. Internal blockwork walls erected and undergoing painting.
External slabs are being poured and entrance road and kerbs being installed. Base layer of tarmac being constructed.
