Hookstone Chase, Harrogate – Sustainable homes

Designed by KPP Architects for our Client (Arncliffe Homes) Hookstone Chase in Harrogate is a development of eight new build ‘room in roof’ two-storey residential units, on a brownfield site.

It is one of the first developments in the UK to be completed under the new Building Regulations 2013 and the Code Addendum 2014.

Built using traditional construction methods with high levels of insulation and energy efficient double glazed windows, it will provide lower energy bills for the occupant.
