Dakota Deluxe Hotel, Leeds – Now completed

Completion of 84 bed luxury hotel.

Evans Property Group, owners of the Dakota hotel completed their modern classic flagship Dakota Deluxe Hotel in Leeds and as promised by KPP at the planning meeting has brought sparkle back to Greek Street in Leeds.  Part of this project included some major public realm works designed by KPP and financed by Evans Property Group, which has now created    a catalyst for a new high end Restaurant and Bar, destination emphasised by the occupation of units in Minerva by Manahatta and Tatu.  Occupation of other units on Greek Street by the successful Living Venture Group and the Council’s temporary pedestrian of Greek Street, which now creates a lively and exciting place to be.

The Dakota Deluxe Hotel is a luxury hotel much needed in Leeds and since its recent opening has been hugely popular. The hotel includes a basement restaurant, ground floor bar with an outdoor terrace and an exclusive salon Privee bar at first floor, rapidly becoming the place to be seen in Leeds.
